MOBILE MESSAGING TERMS & CONDITIONS

Llama Naturals, Inc. (“Llama Naturals,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) offers a mobile messaging program (the “Program”). By opting into, enrolling in, or otherwise participating in the Program, you agree to these Mobile Messaging Terms & Conditions (the “SMS Terms”).
These SMS Terms form a binding agreement between you and Llama Naturals and are incorporated into and subject to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. In the event of any conflict, the Terms of Service shall control, including the Arbitration Agreement contained therein.
1. Consent to Receive Messages
By providing your mobile number and affirmatively opting in, you consent to receive recurring automated promotional and transactional text messages (including SMS, MMS, and RCS messages) from Llama Naturals.
Messages may include:

Promotions
-
Discounts
-
Product updates
-
Cart reminders
-
Order confirmations
-
Shipping notifications
-
Customer support communications
Messages may be sent using automated technology, including an automatic telephone dialing system.
Consent to receive marketing messages is not a condition of purchase.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
You represent and warrant that:

You are the authorized user of the mobile number provided.

The number is accurate and current.

You are at least 18 years old (or have parental consent if between 13–17).
2. Opt-Out
You may opt out at any time by replying:
STOP
You may also use: END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT.
You may receive one confirmation message following opt-out.
For assistance, reply HELP or contact support@llamanaturals.com.
Keyword opt-out methods are the primary automated method of removal. We will honor valid opt-out requests in accordance with applicable law.
3. Service Providers
We use third-party service providers, including Klaviyo, to administer the Program.
Your wireless carrier and our messaging service providers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
4. Message Delivery Disclaimer
The Program is provided on an “as-is” basis.
Delivery of messages is subject to transmission by your wireless carrier and is outside our control.
We are not responsible for:

Carrier delays
-
Network outages
-
Device incompatibility
-
Technical failures
5. State and Federal Compliance
We endeavor to comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and applicable federal and state telemarketing laws.
We may reasonably rely on the information provided at opt-in to determine applicable state residency for compliance purposes.
6. Do Not Call Policy
We maintain an internal Do Not Call list.

We will process Do Not Call requests within 10 business days, or sooner if required by law.
7. Dispute Resolution; Arbitration
Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Program shall be resolved in accordance with the Arbitration Agreement set forth in our Terms of Service, which is incorporated herein by reference.

You agree that any dispute relating to SMS messages shall be resolved on an individual basis only.
The Arbitration Agreement survives termination of your participation in the Program.
8. Informal Resolution Requirement
Before initiating arbitration or small claims proceedings, you agree to contact us at support@llamanaturals.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least sixty (60) days.
All applicable statutes of limitation shall be tolled during this informal resolution period.
This informal resolution process is a condition precedent to arbitration.
9. Limitation of Liability
All limitations of liability and disclaimers set forth in our Terms of Service apply to the Program and SMS messages.
10. Modifications
We may update these SMS Terms at any time. Continued participation following notice of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
11. Severability
If any provision of these SMS Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
