• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled.
• You authorize recurring charges to your payment method.
Billing Authorization
By enrolling in a subscription, you expressly authorize us to:
• Charge your payment method automatically at the beginning of each subscription cycle at our then-current price
• Continue charges until you cancel
• Retry declined payments
• Update card information via payment network services (e.g., Visa Account Updater) where available
Renewal Reminders
We send advance email reminders before processing subscription renewals.
Cancellation
You may cancel at any time by logging into your Skio account portal or emailing support@llamanaturals.com. Cancellations must occur prior to order processing. Processed orders cannot be reversed.
This section is intended to comply with the Restore Online Shoppers’ Confidence Act (ROSCA), California Automatic Renewal Law (ARL), New York Automatic Renewal Law, and other applicable negative option regulations.
SECTION 8 – OPTIONAL TOOLS
Third-party tools are provided “as is.” We have no liability arising from their use.

We are not responsible for third-party content, websites, or transactions.
SECTION 10 – USER CONTENT; REVIEWS; TESTIMONIALS
By submitting reviews, photos, testimonials, social media tags, or other content (“User Content”), you grant Llama Naturals a:
Perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, fully paid, transferable, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, publicly display, advertise, market, and otherwise exploit such User Content in any media now known or later developed.
This includes:
• Website
• Paid advertising
• Social media
• Email & SMS campaigns
• Retail displays
• Marketplace listings (including Amazon)
• Packaging
• Investor materials
No compensation is owed.
You waive moral rights to the fullest extent permitted by law.
You represent that you own or control all rights necessary.
We are not obligated to use any User Content.
SECTION 11 – PERSONAL INFORMATION
Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy.
Participation in SMS marketing is governed by our Mobile Messaging Terms & Conditions.
We use cookies and tracking technologies as described in our Cookie Notice.
By providing your email address, phone number, or other contact information, you consent to receive communications from us, including marketing messages, in compliance with applicable laws (including the CAN-SPAM Act, the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), and applicable state laws). SECTION 14 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF:
(a) $100 USD; OR
(b) THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES
• LOST PROFITS
• PUNITIVE DAMAGES
Some jurisdictions may limit exclusions; liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted.
SECTION 15 – INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Llama Naturals, Inc. and its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, and employees from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from:
• Your breach of these Terms
• Your misuse of products
• Your violation of law
• Your submitted User Content
• Your infringement of any third-party rights
SECTION 16 – TERMINATION
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services at our discretion, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.
You may terminate these Terms at any time by notifying us that you no longer wish to use our Services, or by ceasing to use the site.
Obligations and liabilities incurred prior to the termination date shall survive the termination of this agreement for all purposes.
Upon termination, you will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination.
SECTION 17 – ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Llama Naturals.
The failure of us to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
SECTION 18 – GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
SECTION 19 – DISPUTE RESOLUTION; BINDING ARBITRATION; CLASS ACTION WAIVER
Informal Resolution Requirement
Before initiating arbitration, you agree to contact support@llamanaturals.com and attempt informal resolution for sixty (60) days. All statutes of limitation are tolled during this period.
Binding Arbitration
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively by binding arbitration administered by JAMS under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The Federal Arbitration Act governs.
Venue: Remote (or in-person in Chicago, Illinois, at either party’s request).
Delegation Clause
The arbitrator has exclusive authority to determine the enforceability or scope of this Arbitration Agreement.
Class Action Waiver
All disputes must be brought individually. No class, collective, or representative actions permitted.
Small Claims Carve-Out
Either party may bring eligible claims in small claims court.
30-Day Opt-Out
You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of first accepting these Terms by sending written notice to:

Survival
This Arbitration Agreement survives termination.
SECTION 20 – FORCE MAJEURE
We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
