International Shipping: 

Llama Naturals is proud to offer 3-10 Day International Shipping with door-to-door tracking via DHL to the following Countries/Regions:

• Canada
• European Union
• Singapore

Free Shipping:

-Canada: Free Shipping for orders $75+ USD; $7.95 USD for orders below 
-Other Countries: Free Shipping for orders $100+ USD; $10 USD for orders below

• All International Orders are final and non-refundable.
• For the avoidance of doubt, Product Costs, Shipping, Import Customs & Duties, and Taxes are non-refundable.

• Shipping costs for international orders are based on the weight and destination of your order. 
• The cart currency is determined based on the location of your shipment.

• For your convenience, DHL International pre-clears customs and ships direct to your door
• Llama Naturals sets a Max Order Value in line with Personal Purchase Limits as set by your country. 
• We are not responsible for packages lost in transit. 
• International orders may be subject to the possible opening of packages and inspection of goods by customs officials in the country of delivery.
• Llama Naturals is not responsible for orders that are delayed at customs, damaged by customs, or refused entrance by customs due to this process.
