REFUND AND RETURN POLICY
We offer a satisfaction guarantee on all orders delivered to U.S. customers for orders purchased within the last 100 days, up to 3 bottles maximum per customer. Note, this policy does not apply if a customer reorders after an initial refund has been made (to prevent refund fraud).
Note, International shipments are final and do not qualify for refunds.
Follow these simple steps below to receive a full refund:
1. Email support@llamanaturals.com and we will issue a refund.
2. Our Customer Care team will get back to you as soon as possible.
3. Note, we do reserve the right to require return of product in order to make a refund.
Wanting a replacement instead?
Please email our Customer Care Team at support@llamanaturals.com if you need a replacement within 30 days of ordering. We just need to know the order number, product you need replaced, and the reason why.
