Refund and Return Policy
We offer a satisfaction guarantee on all orders delivered to U.S. customers for orders purchased within the last 30 days, up to 3 bottles maximum per customer. Note, this policy does not apply if a customer reorders after an initial refund has been made (to prevent refund fraud). Note, we do not ship internationally and cannot guarantee safe and quality delivery internationally if you use a mail-forwarding service. Follow these simple steps below to receive a full refund:
1. Email email@example.com and we will issue a refund.
2. Our Customer Care team will get back to you as soon as possible.
3. Note, we do reserve the right to require the return of product in order to make a refund.
Wanting a replacement instead?
Please email our Customer Care Team at firstname.lastname@example.org if you need a replacement within 30 days of ordering. We just need to know the order number, product you need replaced, and the reason why.
