Our vitamins are concentrated from USDA Organic Spinach, Broccoli, Carrots, Sweet Potatoes, Oranges, Apples, Strawberries, Sunflower Seeds, Shiitake Mushrooms, Maitake Mushrooms.

Our Folate is natural Folate from fruits and vegetables, especially broccoli, spinach, oranges, and sunflower seeds. We do not use synthetic Folic Acid.
