Our Folate is natural Folate from fruits and vegetables, especially broccoli, spinach, oranges, and sunflower seeds. We do not use synthetic Folic Acid. Regarding MTHFR, since the vitamins are in their natural form from fruits and vegetables about 80% of the folate is in the form of l-methylfolate (there are different natural forms driven by a variety of fruits and veggies).  We recommend you check with your doctor if you need additional support. 

They taste more like fruit snacks than candy gummies. Since they have no added sugar cane or sweeteners, they are not quite as sweet as candy or regular gummies.

Yes, regular gummies are. However, our gummies are made of fruit, not candy ingredients like sugar and syrups, so they do not stick to your teeth like regular gummies. We also don’t add synthetic acids which quickly erode teeth. We do recommend that your child brushes their teeth after chewing our gummies to be safe.
